Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. A large-package rate applies when your order contains a foil print or a cap; all other orders use the small-package rate. Shipping is free on all orders over €100. All prices include applicable VAT.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch): Germany 2–5 business days, EU 5–10 business days, and the rest of the world 1–4 weeks. These times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

We're a small business, so please allow up to 2 weeks of processing before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation once your package has been sent, and you can track it via DHL:

How Prints Are Shipped

We package every order carefully to prevent damage in transit:

• Smaller prints are shipped flat in a hard, protective envelope.
• Larger prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube to prevent creasing and to keep shipping fees down.

To flatten a rolled print, place it under a heavy, even weight (e.g. books on each corner) overnight on a clean, flat surface.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Packages
