You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent, nor use any of our content in AI training datasets or machine learning models. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of these payment providers. We do not store your full card details; all payment data is handled securely by our payment processors. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that these providers are not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and USKA.TG.
Upon purchasing our course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational use only. All course videos, templates, and materials remain the property of USKA.TG and may not be shared, distributed, resold, screen-recorded, or screenshotted. You may use templates for your personal projects but may not redistribute the templates themselves.
Due to the digital nature of the course, withdrawal rights for digital content may lapse once access is granted with your prior express consent, as permitted by law. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve them.
When you commission artwork from USKA.TG:
Payment for commissions requires a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery. Changes are allowed during the sketch stage; after sketch approval and full payment, only minor color adjustments are included, and complex changes incur additional costs.
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, including transfers to the service providers that help us operate the Services.
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use, to operate, evaluate, improve and promote the Services.
