4. Commission Services

Commission Terms

When you commission artwork from USKA.TG:

• Personal Use: You receive rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, including posting online or using as a profile picture
• Commercial Use: Requires additional 50% fee and explicit agreement. Commercial use includes selling products featuring the artwork or using it in business projects
• Original Copyright: USKA.TG retains all copyrights to commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Portfolio Use: USKA.TG reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios and promotional materials

Payment and Changes

• 50% deposit required upfront, remaining 50% before final delivery
• Changes are allowed during the sketch stage
• After sketch approval and full payment, only minor color adjustments are included
• Complex changes after approval incur additional costs

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data from the website
• Impersonate USKA.TG or misrepresent affiliation

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment providers.
